We have several pick-up points in Sydney. Please follow this link to find the best one for your trip. These are also shown at the time of booking online.

Please call us to let us know and we will do our best to make sure you don’t miss the bus. However, like a train or plane, we do have a timetable and other passengers to consider. Refunds will not be given if you miss the bus.

Our tours operate in all kinds of weather – rain, hail, or shine! We may slightly adjust the itinerary if necessary to keep you dry or warm but you won’t miss out on anything.

We have two fare types as follows, each one offering different refund and cancellation policies.
FLEXIBLE:
● Date &/or name change permitted up to 24 hours before departure for no fee
● Cancellation 24+ hours before departure = 100% refund
● Cancellation or rebooking notice given less than 24 hours before tour departure = credit given
● Failure to travel = non-refundableSAVER
● Date &/or name change permitted up to 24 hours before tour departure incurs a $30 fee per person. If COVID restrictions prevent travel, there is no rebooking fee.
● Cancellation at any time = non-refundable
● Failure to travel = non-refundable -
We recommend you bring a bottle of water, camera, hat, sunscreen, a jacket in cooler months, and money to buy any extras such as souvenirs and snacks.

Dress comfortably for the season you are visiting. We always recommend a jacket for the Blue Mountains as it can be cooler, even in the warmer months. We also recommend wearing enclosed walking shoes as there is some walking involved on most of our tours.
Transport Information

We only operate our tours on mini buses with a maximum capacity of 20 passengers.

We don’t have toilets on the bus, but don’t worry we make plenty of comfort stops during the day.

We don’t have USB ports on the bus so we suggest you charge you phone before coming on tour.
Included Meals

Most dietary requirements such as lactose intolerant, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergic to nuts or shellfish, we can cater for by advising the café/restaurant and they will create a meal that is suitable. Please be sure to advise us at the time of booking so you can be looked after.
Specific Tour Information
Blue Mountains

We recommend you wear enclosed suitable walking shoes. Thongs, sandals, high heels, or clogs are not suitable.

Hunter Valley

The tour itinerary includes visits to four venues which includes tastings of wine, spirits and beer. We may change the venues due to operational reasons, but you are guaranteed to have similar venues and experiences

Yes, you can purchase wine from the wineries we visit.

Yes, there is some space on the bus to store any wine you purchase.
Port Stephens

Our cruise operator has a 99% success rate of dolphin sightings and 80% chance of seeing whales. However, both dolphins and whales are wild animals so we cannot guarantee you will see them on the cruise. Should you not see any dolphins or whales, we will allow you to come back again on our Port Stephens tour free of charge so you can hopefully see them next time!

If you choose not to purchase the sand boarding option on the tour, there is some free time in the afternoon at the beach where you can go swimming (weather permitting). You will need to bring your towel.

Jervis Bay

Our cruise operator has a 99% success rate of dolphin sightings, however as dolphins are wild animals we cannot guarantee you will see them on the cruise. Should you not see any dolphins, we will allow you to come back again on our Jervis Bay tour free of charge so you can hopefully see them next time!

There is a short amount of time before lunch where you can swim at the beach. There is more time after lunch, if you choose not to purchase the dolphin cruise option, as you will spend that time at the beach. You will need to bring your own towel.

You can purchase your own lunch from one of the many cafes/food outlets in Huskisson.
Jenolan Caves

There is free time at Jenolan Caves before the guided tour commences and there is a cafeteria where you can purchase food and drinks. Alternatively, we make a stop in the morning at Echo Point and there is a café there where you can purchase something.
Canberra

A comfort stop is made in the morning at a roadhouse where you can purchase food and drinks. Alternatively, there is a café at both the National Gallery of Australia and the National Museum of Australia where you can purchase lunch.
